Saturday, March 10, 2007 - Last drank this 2/14/06; this is still very nice. Pale gold color with a hint of green. The nose is unlike other California Chardonnays, with mineral, talcum, lemon, and hazelnut. Nice definition and acidity in the mouth, with a finish of lemon and honeyed green apple. There is a touch of coarse alcoholic heat there, but this wine should hold a little while longer.
