Sunday, March 4, 2012 - Decanted for 3 hours prior. Nose of cherry and strawberry with a earthiness and meatiness throughout. Palate is not as sweet as other Aubert's I've had, decent structure but a bit too much wood at the tail end. It drinks very well, and if the wood integrated more it would be much better for me.
