Friday, January 19, 2024 - Big soft and round. Like a milk chocolate shake. No tannins left. Just enough acidity far in the background to nuance it a smidge but not a well balanced wine. This is after 1.5 hours in decanter.

1/20/2024 5:12:00 AM - I've had other older and younger vintages of the Paradise Hills (and Rive Droit) that were all drinking beautifully but this 2007 seemed to lack any nuance. Perhaps an off bottle but there were no typical faults noticeable.
