Saturday, March 20, 2021 - Nose of black fruit, licorice, milk chocolate, allspice, wet gravel. and saddle leather, same on the palate, licorice almost makes for a creamy taste, auction bottle for a new producer to me, interesting, fairly fruit forward, almost mouth filling fruit, almost elegant, peaks in 2 years but enjoyable now with a 3 hour decant, has a hint of very soft tannins on the medium/long finish.
