Friday, May 1, 2015 - Pitch black and deeply extracted blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry. A hefty amount of oak, vanilla, and anise round off the palate. Not for the faint of heart. This is a full throttle fruit bomb with elegance and complexity. Way too easy to drink on its own. It took a half days decant to fully reveal itself.

5/2/2015 12:10:00 AM - Nice! We have one more bottle. We like to stand up a day before we sip and breath Maybach in the bottle for 5+ hours. If you have the time to plan, we always try to avoid decanting. Great wine!!!
