Thursday, January 12, 2017 - Wow...what a change after four years and a two hour decant. This red blend has gained medium weight and is more concentrated with rich dark blackberry and plum fruit. It has become more expressive with notes of dark chocolate, mocha and cassis. This wine has really moved to another quality level and thankfully have three more bottles. Another great example of holding bottles longer and being rewarded.
