Saturday, May 16, 2015 - Mid-gold. Honey, apricots, almonds, peppery spices, ripe melons. Full bodied, rich but with a steely backbone, finishing dry. Very long. Really great complexity, very good wine indeed, drinking beautifully now. Worked very well with a smoked trout salad.
