Wednesday, July 31, 2019 - Quite a rich and honeyed wine. Not in dessert territory, but definitely in the late harvest and vinified into a Spätlese sweetness territory. Peach and ginger focused flavors. Enjoyable on it's own, but more difficult to pair with a dish. Probably best with rich-sauced spicy asian fare.
