Sunday, February 14, 2021 - On the early side of readiness - best after an hour and a half, when the nose was most complex and harmonious. Red fruit, musk, savory sous-bois aromas, black tea, and something like raspberry liquor. Not the most well articulated nose but interesting and lovely. Balanced and elegant on the palate, quintessential Chambolle mouthfeel. Lovely wine, but to me, not super inspiring.
