Saturday, May 16, 2020 - I was really a bit surprised at the depth, youthfulness and complexity of this. Excellent nose of dark red and black fruit and stony minerals. Seriously enticing and delicious. Palate was still quite primary and has red and black fruit, nice minerality... Openned up nicely in the first hour+ in the decanter layered with earthy elements and good texture. Great with grilled steaks.
