Sunday, March 27, 2011 - Friends opened this with seafood tapas on 3/27/11. It had a very pleasant and exotic bouquet of pear, mango, banana, vanilla, tangerine and mineral aromas. The palate was subtle (completely unexpected), harmonious and smooth with flavors of pear, vanilla, tangerine, spice and minerals.
