Monday, January 16, 2012 - Still drinking well even past it's optimum time. Huge citrus on the nose - grapefruit and lemon predominate, if not explode.
On the palate those same flavors were accompanied by a bigness, a thickness that was unexpected.
Paired nicely with unadorned grilled salmon and brown rice.
