Wednesday, October 11, 2017 - Chateau Montelena Cabernet Estate Vertical (Plum Market - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. One my highlights of the vertical. Very good concentration and depth, while also nicely balanced. Complex finish. Still slightly firm, will benefit from more time in the cellar.
