NOSE: medium petrol; pear and apple juices; a bit underbrushy; medium to medium+ expressiveness.

BODY: rich, golden green-yellow color; no spritza; medium to medium-full bodied.

TASTE: true Spatlese; medium-strong mid-palate mineral aspect, which carries on to the finish, which is of medium intensity and medium to medium-long length; medium-low acidity; 10% alc. not noticeable; a touch watery and loosely structured; definitely out of its infancy, and perhaps even at peak; this wine has clearly evolved over the 5 years since I had it last, but my qualitative statements from then remain largely unchanged; I was perhaps a touch optimistic 5 years ago when I scored this wine out to 90 points, and I see no reason to retain that optimism anymore; Drink Now and over the next couple of years.
