Sunday, January 16, 2011 - Outstanding - such depth of fruit, layers of plum, cherry and strawberry all wrapped up in silken tannins and chocolate. Secondary characters starting to develop - mushroom, forest floor - as well as cooked beetroot, aniseed and mint. Beguiling wine with a superbly long finish. Years ahead of it.
