Friday, June 26, 2009 - This crisp off-dry medium bodied California Riesling is terrific as an aperitif, cocktail wine, with fruit, cheeses, spicy dishes, light seafood or shellfish dishes. I would buy it again. I like it! AROMAS: lemon-lime, fresh citrus leaves, green apple, golden apple, honeysuckle, mandarin oranges in syrup. FLAVORS: confirms the aromas and add grapefruit, grapefruit zest and honey and light mineral tones on the finish. STRUCTURE: off-dry, crisp acidity, medium body, 13% alcohol, long flavorful finish. 79% White Riesling, 19% Gewurztraminer, 2% Orange Muscat.
