Wednesday, May 2, 2018 - Was not expecting much having red the previous comments. Still some spritz after opening.
The nose is pretty complex, showing developed notes of honey and petrol and also some peaches and granny smith apple with smokey minerality. There is also herbal note most reminescent of rosemary.
There could be more acidity for my taste but it is still very refreshing and lively. No rush to drink up but in a good spot right now.
