96 Points

Tuesday, October 30, 2018 - It’s Sauternes with a hint of petrol - I’ve had 97-99 yquem in the last few weeks and the resemblance is certainly there, at least in quality. Strong notes of mint and stone on initial opening, which mellow to raw honey in time. The note of boityris is strong, the acidic drive pushes along a pure fruited effort that can contend with the great dessert wines of the world.
