Sunday, April 9, 2023 - Starting to mellow just a bit, nose is a little closed, not as zippy as the Erbacher Karthauserhof, hints of the tropical fruity notes typical of this vineyard but a little shutdown; still, excellent balance, nice flavors, in good shape. Hippo w/EWG 2001 wines
