Friday, February 24, 2012 - Starts off a bit short of the mark but with air picks up the Mosel banner and subtly starts to strut its stuff. Mouthwatering spritzy lime on the palate with the nose basically closed down. Switched to a Riedel Burg glass from their white and that helped. I like this and found it to be eminently quaffable. Whether it's time to drink 'em or hold 'em I can't say.
