Saturday, April 28, 2012 - I love Heitz cabs. This isn't your typical over-concentrated Napa cab. Its tastes are organic and smooth more akin to a Brunello.
Tasted against a 2007 Silver Oak. The whole table (save one) much preferred the Heitz.
