Saturday, March 8, 2014 - Very good value; price for quality of wine. Heitz Cabs have been one of my "go to" wines of late. Everything is subtle about this wine; fruit, tannins, whatever else I'm tasting but can't discribe. The nose is a highlight; here I do pick-up some cherry. This is not a heavy, big boy Napa Cab, but rather a softer, quieter, still well produced, cabernet from Napa that I certainly recommend as a value buy.
