Thursday, April 1, 2021 - Had two of these in Eurocave for several years, and wasn’t sure what we’d find based on prior reviews. Cork was difficult to remove, but intact. Filtered for sediment and decanted. Deep red color, clean nose, and intact black cherry and other dark fruit notes. Definitely taste the added complexity due to age. Long finish with some chewiness. Hard to say how long this will stay drinkable, but seems to have some runway remaining. Pleasantly surprised!
