Saturday, March 2, 2024 - Stood up for 2 weeks, double decanted to remove sediments, 30 min in decanter before serving, medium red, beautiful soaring powerful Syrah nose of black fruits, salted olives, roast meats, lovely balance, quite perfect today, a stupendous match with roast duck, drinking at peak with many years left, WOTN for me
