Tuesday, August 4, 2009 - Decanted for about 30 minutes. Dark fruits (berry and plum) with a good deal of pepper and some smoke and a bit of tar. Great texture on the palate; chewy dark fruits with great minerality and acid on the finish. Tannins have started to soften some, but still has a great grip to it.
