On the palate, lots of tannins. Black raspberries and BIG tannins. Of all the wines, this seemed the most out of balanced. Will time help? I think so as I have enjoyed this wine in the past. It has some complexity. The group liked this much better than I (although no 1st place votes. By the end of the night, it did seem to come around a bit and my score went up a bit. Another wine that I think decanting would have helped.
