Friday, May 31, 2013 - Chris's Favourites (Chez Chris Davies, Paris): Cear, medium ruby red, evident brick red to the edge. Clean nose, dark fruits, liquorice, spices, pepper, vanilla. Full palate, very complex. Long finish. Fully mature. Excellent wine - easily my favourite of the evening.
