Monday, October 20, 2014 - Drunk after a 2 hour decant. Medium ruby. Wild nose of smoke and herbs. Medium weight, and this particular bottle did not have the extra flesh and texture of one tasted a few years ago. Nevertheless, delicious tart red fruit to go along with the potpourri of other savory flavors. Excellent rather than extrarodinary on this occasion.
