95% Syrah, 5% Viognier. Close in quality compared to the LaLaLa's at one third of the price. Slightly less concentrated and a more elegant feeling.

Fully developed complex nose, perfumed, red berries, blackberry, plums, black currant, nougat, tobacco, chocolate, fudge, cedar, graphite and hints of tomato soup.

Rich mouthfeel, loads of spices, slightly dry fruit, elegant. Heavily oaked with new French barriques as all top Guigal's, but has the fruit to balance. 94p
