Sunday, January 23, 2022 - Decanted for 2 hrs and it could have used a bit more. The nose was black fruits and herbs. Enjoyed over 3 hours and it never really softens. Black cherry and plums on the palate, firm tannins but still very alcohol forward. I think this still bas quite a few years of aging potential. I’ll wait a year for the next bottle.
