Thursday, March 18, 2010 - One can only imagine how mediocre this wine would have been had it *not* experienced the magic of a sensitive crystallization screening process. Most of this bottle is going into the freezer for another day - let's see what *that* crystallization does. Update: just as lame once thawed and used for cooking.
