Monday, July 13, 2009 - This is one of my favorite Chardonnay, as it is not a butter bomb like so many are. Very crisp, fruit forward wine with lemon, limes, brown sugar, smooth ricotta cheese and it all blends beautifully. The crispness mellows to a smooth and subtle finish that leaves you wanting more. Great with cold cuts, fresh slaw and apple tarts. The only let down is that I wasn't ready to drink this yet, as it was the only bottle of this that we brought back from our Napa trip. But, c'est la vie. We'll buy more!
