Saturday, November 13, 2021 - White Truffles & Nebbiolo - 2021 Edition (Chicago, IL): A breathtaking wine that is still so young. Pure, rich, tarry red cherry laced with spice and florals. Lots of tarry grip to match the deeply concentrated fruit. Great now and even better with a decade.
