Thursday, December 6, 2007 - Beautifully complex 10 year old cab drinking at its peak. Dark fruits galore, chocolate, vanilla, smoke, and a touch of mint and flowers. Silky texture. Nicely balanced. Long finish. I don't imagine this will fade anytime soon, but I wouldn't expect it to get much better either.
