Wednesday, August 5, 2009 - From magnum. Very dark, young colour. Classic plums and cedar nose. Nice, sweet and spicey/peppery attack. Black fruit with a hint of black treacle toffee and a cleansing high toned finish before grippy, slightly dry tannins kick in. Even better with the mushroom ravioli.
