Wednesday, October 19, 2016 - Pop n' pour. This is in a mature plateau and right where I like my dry Riesling. Nose has some depth with aged wooly white fruit, minerals and cider spice. The palate has medium body and good density. Moderate+ acids keep it fresh though its not exactly taut/tangy at this stage. Solid.
