Saturday, August 5, 2023 - The first vintage of a modern spin-off project but at age 30 it's anything but. Texturally it's on the fleshier side, with some plummy fruit, but otherwise it's pretty classic. Leathery, spicy, old wood, dense & savory, a marvel.
