Tuesday, March 19, 2013 - This was singing on pop and pour! Great enveloping nose a cedar, leather, blue and red fruits, spice, menthol, and meat. Really hit its stride as it washed down a lamb chop smothered in herbs. Big and juicy WA state fruit with a smooth mouthfeel. Complex and very enjoyable sipping on its own, but please throw some red meat at this. Has years to go but no harm in killing now.
