Saturday, August 19, 2023 - Beautiful medium gold in the glass. Carbonation has faded to light, but is still there with sparsely separated bubbles.

Intense aromas still abound: buttered brioche, toast, baked Meyer lemon, toffee, caramel and smoke.

Flavors, thankfully, follow the nose and leave you with a long, lingering toffee and toasted brioche finish.

Mouthfeel is dry, with medium body and still holding with medium plus acidity. Drinking wonderfully in 2023.
