Saturday, June 14, 2014 - Very nice wine. There is a slight floral aspect on the nose. Flavours of lime, fermented green apple, with hints of mineral and an almost oily texture. Good acidity, but more rounded and smooth than younger wines. Seems to have held up well, although I don't have a lot of experience with aged Chablis for comparisons.
