Friday, December 16, 2011 - Drank with steak and gorgonzola butter. Was nice, kinda like a hefty chianti with fresh red fruit flavors and a core of dark cassis. Decanted an hour before and opened up a bit, but definitely would benefit from a few more years in the bottle!
