Wednesday, February 4, 2015 - Reunion Dinner in DC (Red Hen - Washington, DC): Served really cold at first, it wasn't until this had warmed up a bit and seen some air that it began to soar. A gorgeous rendition of the Briords and actually showed a bit more weight than I would have thought. Tasted a bit what I'd expect from Pepiere's Clisson. Anyways, this had beautiful lemon, flint, florals, and an ocean water tone to the bottle. Brilliant bottle of Muscadet.
