Saturday, December 24, 2011 - Pale yellow color. Aromas of green apples, lemongrass and minerals. Medium-bodied well-structured fruit in the mouth with a fine core of acidity and very good depth. The nicely balanced acidity gives the wine a juicy and refreshing finish. Very clean and food-friendly. Excellent value.
