Thursday, December 25, 2014 - Christmas Day Dinner; English cheese platter.
Unscrewed for an hour, blackcurrant concentrated on the palate with hint of liquorice and earthiness providing complexity to tip it over into the excellent 90pt range.
One bottle left, will leave a couple of years to see if improves further - jury out.
