Thursday, March 8, 2018 - Big sweet and acidic nose - with Marmalade, mandarins-tangerine, spice, brown-sugar/molasses. Really juicy, electric and spicy - the energy on this is screaming. The palate is similar, leaning a bit towards the sweet - some more roasted aspects of coffee/mocha that go along with the spices and bright citrus. This gets thicker on the finish with more movement towards the sugar and molasses and mocha. Spicy all the way through and a lot of wine. Ready now. Nose - 5.5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 4.5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1.5/2 = 16.5/20.
