Saturday, October 20, 2012 - Fabulous bottle of Burg that is still ght but a joy to drink. There's a touch of Ramonet spearmint to the nose along with pure white peach, smoky minerals and citrus fruits. It has a strong spine of grapefruit acidity and is rich and complex yet quite linear. It builds to a creshendo of mineral infused orchard fruits and is very direct and long.
