Tuesday, March 10, 2015 - The 2007 Ramonet Bienvenues-Batard-Montrachet Grand Cru was indeed pristine and damn close to wine of the night for mine. It had a wonderful perfume of pure white peach, spearmint and Arum lilies. It was elegant yet full, lacy and long in the mouth and left a fine minerally imprint once swallowed.
