Tuesday, August 9, 2011 - Decanted 5 hours. Melon, Honeydew upon first taste. Lime zest and unmistakable oyster shell minerality on the finish. High acid. Spectacular bottling. High priced Chard that, honestly, I believe is worth the price for this vintage. Great bottle! A real pleasure to drink
