Saturday, November 19, 2011 - CT Texas III Offline (Galveston, TX): Very tight on opening, with citrus pith, chalky minerals, and laser acidity dominating. After 2 hours of decanting, this developed a stone fruit, orange, and red grapefruit nose with a funky, earthy edge to it. Peach and Meyer lemon on the palate with earthy minerals and oaky spice. Great length.
