Friday, October 12, 2012 - Still very pretty and no premox signs at all. A pale gold color with aromas of limestone, iodine, and lanolin. Lots of verve on the palate, showing green apple, sea salt and oyster shell. Medium weight and with the slight richness one expects from 2008 Chablis. Have gone through 3 of my 4 of these, and will hold the last bottle as this seems to be aging pretty slowly.
